One of the most important thing to come out of your marketing plan, if not the most important thing, is your action plan.
Your action plan will be able to point you in the right direction regarding things you need to address, prioritise and action.
A well-founded marketing plan should always include
a clear action plan, and the points on the action plan should be realistic and achievable.
If you are serious about your business you should also list deliverables and timescales and actually work to ensure these are realised, rather than just write them on your plan and let them gather dust. If you work methodically through a clear, well thought out action plan then your business should benefit in the long run.
